Yep, that’s exactly what this section will have to look like from now on.
At least for all the songs that are not (yet) on LastFM.
Like the above mentioned.
R.I.P. chanson de la semaine. I’ll miss you.
Yeah, so it’s been a while, I know. It’s called summer, and it’s good.
Except for the weekly dose of BSG I’ve been spending a healthy amount of time outside - helping couchsurfers find their way around, watching great soccer (go the Netherlands!), re-discovering all the places that have changed during my absence.. I even went on a scavenger hunt. Which rocked, by the way.
Important news: the ‘chanson de la semaine’ has changed. You’ll notice once you check out the next post.
In other news: I’m planning on becoming a semi-professional photographer. ‘Semi’ because I don’t even have a proper camera yet.. but that won’t stop me.
A set of random pictures that pretty much sums up the past weeks (well.. months) can be found here.

So.. summer’s here.
If someone could please sponsor me - I think I’ll need a few months off work. I’ve just had a complete week off (being between jobs) and I can’t get enough of it. I’d almost forgotten what it’s like to get up way late with just one task on the agenda: getting ready to go out. Beach bars, Jamaican beer, sunsets, no worries. Sweeeeeeet.
In other news: Barcelona was so good that I ended up taking more than 200 pictures.. which haven’t been uploaded.. yet. In the meantime you might want to check out what happened at MyFest (1st of May in Berlin).
Update: Barcelona pictures are online.
Also: pretty flowers and stuff in the countryside.
Let’s face it - I’ve been more than a little down and grumpy lately due to a complete lack of adventures and sunshine.
This should change temporarily as I’m heading for Barcelona (Spain) tomorrow. The weather forecast promises 18 degrees which is a lot more than I’ve expected/I’m prepared for and my internal forecast promises adventures galore and the occasional bottle of Absinth.
I hate to admit that I’m terrified about leaving the laptop behind.. but at least I get to bring the camera - hombre!

No excitement, no wild things to report. Just work, more than enough of it. Plus rain, snow and hail. Yay..
I don’t know what I’d do without KFM.

Also: a few new pictures.
